Marija began her career in the yachting industry, working as a chief stewardess on luxury yachts. Her experience in hospitality and private service taught her the importance of high standards, attention to detail, and smooth day-to-day operations.
She later moved to New York and spent the last decade working in private homes, where she helped principals and families run their households more efficiently. Marija is focused on creating harmony in daily life and is committed to setting and maintaining high standards on every project HM Solutions takes on.

Born and raised in Paris, France, Hosni built his career in medical research and development, working between France and Switzerland. His background combines a strong focus on precision, structure, and problem-solving.
Driven by a desire to help people in a practical way, Hosni moved to the United States and saw an opportunity to bring better systems to private homes. His interest in technology and organization led him to create HM Solutions, giving clients tools and support to manage their homes more easily and enjoy a more worry-free lifestyle.
